Video Project Instuctions
As we mentioned, we would love keep your students engaged in Moana material until we are able to begin Broadway Babies, Beginning Acting, and Production Classes for our Fall session. We have compiled some choreography videos and music/karaoke videos to two of everyone’s favorite songs: “How Far I’ll Go” and “You’re Welcome.” Pick one or both, put your own personal spin on the song, make a video and send it to us at DLC@dramalearningcenter.com by Monday, April 20th. We’ll make fun compilations on these two songs to share with our DLC communities in the coming weeks to keep the spirit of Te Fiti going in these challenging times.
This activity is completely optional, but we hope that it will provide a fun and interesting exercise in self-expression while we are unable to meet in person due to social distancing protocols.
First, learn the music and lyrics to the song of your choice. Then check out the choreography videos for step-by-step instructions and an opportunity to practice the moves at multiple levels (Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced options are available for both songs).
